Minimum Requirements:

* 7–10 years’ proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the built environment

* Strong knowledge of cost planning, budgeting, and financial control

* Ability to prepare and manage Bills of Quantities and tender documentation

* Contract administration experience (JBCC knowledge advantageous)

* Preferable working knowledge of CCS Candy software

* Strong negotiation and procurement skills

* Ability to manage multiple projects independently

* Excellent reporting and client communication skills

* Attention to detail and strong analytical ability

* Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel to sites
