Metro Planned Developments CC is seeking a seasoned Senior Contracts Manager to join our leadership team. This executive role requires a highly accomplished professional capable of overseeing complex building and civil projects, driving contractual excellence, and leading high-performance delivery teams across multiple portfolios.
Minimum Requirements:
✔ 15–20+ years senior construction contract management experience
✔ Advanced expertise in JBCC, GCC & NEC contracts
✔ Deep understanding of the built environment (building & civil)
✔ Strong commercial, contractual & risk management capability
✔ Proficient in project programming software (MS Project or equivalent)
✔ Proven leadership on large-scale developments
✔ Exceptional negotiation & executive communication skills
✔ Relevant tertiary qualification in Construction / QS / Engineering
✔ Valid driver’s license
